Firstly, cost of Internet needs to be minimized so that more people could access it.
Also awareness needs to be created relating to the services which people can make use through internet by promoting it via social media , newspapers etc. This will certainly help in making india digital.
Thanks.

Good that we are looking for IOT. But a pre-requisite for IOT should be an "digital offices".
Let us start on a war footing to launch
a. kiosks which could provide one point of access to any government work. Erstwhile Andhra Pradesh governement had "eSeva" which was doing this job for certain services.
b. any application must ONLY be accessed via online with bar-code. automatic notification on timelines, and if the form is rejected/kept on hold, the reason must be made available in digital.

India has its glory in past and that is evident from its various architectural establishments.
I urge the govt. to revive the policy to reform those structures. it not only contains historical values but also artifacts those are worth of billion of dollars. India should preserve and renovate those places and this is not a small task.Every developed nation do this and they auction those things too. here it is not happening. these days those artifacts are exported illegally to abroad.

Internet of Things is definitely the way to go forward. But we are missing out the frist and the basic thing. High Speed Internet to make any of this feasible. Broadband penetration is low in our country but rising. But the Telecom committee has to update its policy on deciding what is broadband. something speed just above dialup should not be considered as broadband. A specific ruling must be there that makes a minimum speed a guarantee. We need a national fiber policy .

Hon'ble PM,
Please introduce 'State Funding of Elections and Parties' at the earliest as more than 70 countries have accepted it.
To nip the corruption in the bud it is very much essential and it will be a historic step in your tenure.
UPA govt had laid a bill in the 14th Lok Sabha, but it died as the Lok Sabha expired.
A cost of only Rs 2,000 crore (Rs 100 per vote to be distributed to candidates) will be needed per year for all elections starting from Panchayat Elections.
