The best solution would be doing a proper research on the demand pattern and the consumption pattern, Intermediaries required.

A detailed survey on the consumption pattern in each locality should be studied. Based on which the fruits and vegetables should be supplied to that place. The local agriculture pattern and soil suitability should be studied to increase the production and meet the local demands as far as possible, minimising the supply from other parts. ie. The farmer should be made aware of the demand and should be encouraged to harvest based on the demand incase if the soil supports. Reduce middlemen & brokers

1.Frozen fruits concept to be driven aggresively
2. Fruit and vegetable production vs loss survey to be conducted across india
3. Govmnt team to regulate prices to avoid middlemen
4. provide online solutions.. (Create central warehouses, airlift from cluster warehouse to central warehouse, deliver goods to consumers)
The solution will create lot of job opportunites to villagers to urban lower middleclass population. Also avoids middlemen cuts, wastage of fruits

there must be minimum support price for purchase of agricultural commodities from farmers by middle men by central government taking in to account cost of produce, finance charges and marginal profit for farmers.
this will put to end farmers death due to suicide in various part of India.
Also to control retail price, Government must fix Maximum Sale price on farm products. ( Middle men and retailers must earn only minimal profits). Lets en-power Farming community who toil hard,

Collection of fruits and vegetables from farmers in time.building adequate no of cold storages for future storing.distribution and marketing of these products.here state govts can take greater roles through their own wings for consumer friendly price and quantity.Developing industries for processed foods like potato chips, jam , jelly, sauce, pickles for fruits-vegs like mango, chilly, tomato, guava, banana etc.Encouraging habits of consuming fruit juices instead of consuming cold drinks and alcohol.

We have made a machine through which all waste food and vegetables can be converted into organic manure and animal food before it becomes waste, these machines can be installed at various places and then all waste be converted rather than sending to landfills.

To Reduce the Post Harvest Losses Proper Cold Chain Facilities should be opened in each village through PPP mode or PPPP (4Ps) mode. Each Village should be provided logistic facility and such facility shall be privatised under government regulated way.
