gov should provide more cold storage unit and transporation system. due to shortage of cold storage, even educated farmer is not able to store their fruits and veg. that's result , they dont get any advatage of their labour. I belong from Aurangabad, Bihar , there is only one cold storage running so think about that how much it could store. there is vast shortage of cold store or simple store. so gov should provide more cold storage, if gov dont have fund 4 that then bring public+private program

Cooperative farming and community cold storage must be developed in PPP mode. There must be marketing guarantee at the farm site and failure to do so will be compensated by the assured purchasing agency.
