The regular classes should be in state public universities with better courses in limited timings and having more practical works.

the problem of state public university is, its approach, there is only class room study where the teachers comes and deliver his lectures there should be more workshop, seminars, paper presentation, publication, talks, debates

well theory is needed but today's time ,noone has practical knowledge ,,college must be till 9-2 with 30 min break ,, in college gayatri mantra must be pray since morning in every class ,but must focus on practical knowledge
