Each Block Level office will have an dedicated officials, whose responsibility will be to ensure timely food supply to TPDS shops.Any complaints received from the targeted citizens committee of senior totally non political active citizens above 65 yrs,on quality/delay in its distribution , concerned official / shop owner should be made jointly accountable. Modiji why 67 years after british rule, we need food security for 2/3 population who want everything free from govt. What was the dream of freedom fighters and constitution makers? To make india a republic of economically empowered indians or a republic of 125 crore beggars totally dependent of free water, free bijli, free house, free health, free education, free wifi (delhi voters thought it is 'free wife').how long destructive foreign economic ideologies of marx, lenin, mao will be allowed?

Apart from food distribution, please think about food quality as well. Today we are eating more pesticides than crop itself! And hence the rising number of diseases. Sir please take some strict actions on reducing the use of pesticides. As we eat so shall we think and become.

1.) Quality food. We should have "Hunger Elimination" or Bhook nirmulan like swatchtha abhiyaan. 2.) Identify talent in a family say Mr. X is good at maintaining dairy, give him employment, it fetches him money which he can use to buy quality food. 3.) Haves will have to contribute for food like education cess for have nots. Do not collect tax instead nominate them to contribute quality food by adopting 10-15 families.

So its better to sell it in a cheaper price to the states where the resources are lacking or may keep the account due for that particular state and do other trades with it to compensate for the losses. Its better to get something and feed people than to get nothing and rot the resources and keep people starving, even when our nation is self sufficient.

In ma POV the main thing is mismanagement, lack of good deals and deadlock between inter state trade which leads to obstruction in transportation setting the resources to hold back in the state which produced it and which does not have the means to store it further. The outcome comes as decaying resources such as wheat and rice in open making a huge loss in the state economy plus starvation due to hunger in the states where the resources are scarce.

First thing first,i am studying in Punjab ans travel by train for 2 whole days every semester and this is the description of things i see every-time i travel. We have huge potential we cultivate much and by gods grace we get more. The quantity of production i see on the way is huge or can exaggerate by saying humongous but is not actual exaggeration because it actually is.
