Please provide "SMART CARD" to all the beneficiaries, and every district can have its own local procurement-cum-distribution (items can be purchased locally as far as possible to reduce transport cost and also to give proper value to local farmers). The smart card can be linked with the finger print of the beneficiary and CCTV should be operational in these centers with a control room in an undisclosed location.

Dear our beloved & honourable Prime Minister, I would like to make use of the opportunity on the occasion of the forthcoming budget. At the outset, this is about HEALTH CARE for the poor people and animals, particularly, cow's. Is it possible to introduce an insurance scheme, wherein, desiring people can contribute for the general health care ( consultant and medicine ) of poor people and animals ? As of now, there is no scheme to cover poor people for general health care.

Why just food security? What about our security? Police does not know the difference between innocent and criminals and many innocents have faced injustice. Only Ravan sees an innocent with a wrong intention. Intrusion of privacy is faced by all innocents. Police cannot proceed on investigations till it has had enough FUN on a case. Is this Kshatriya dharma?

with improvement of healthcare sector life expentency has increased many folds.since no. of population is inversely proportionate to per capita land and pie of gdp it is high time to stop population explotion with govt policy.like no third child irespective of community and religion will not get any govt. facility and recognition.a malignent approach for birth control is requried otherwise feeding unproductive population will aggravate future situation of india.

Instead of Opening Ration Stores, Construct Ration Godown in every city, and village. And allow people to order their request (within their prescribed limit) online and on toll free number Ration Call Center and give a home delivery same as online shopping. It will be openly accessible to everyone and with full transparency and generates jobs for local youths in Ration Call Center (Local State Language) and for delivering these ordered ration in E-Rikshaw across whole country.

Some of the basic steps should be taken by the government to ..decrease the rate of ..food wastage..as farmers are growing huge amount of food grains for the whole country .with less profit and large investment in agriculture....and what ..what a great thing we are doing....just wasting and throwing in garbage ..instead of selling in a profitable way.......
