Getting bright students for B. Sc and then for M. Sc is getting difficult. Who will teach to the next generations. This policy should address the issue of respectability of teaching profession. Why teachers have to do election duty and other non academic work as mandatory assignments. Please conduct a survey as to why students do not want to choose teaching (School or college) as their career. As a policy student strength per class has to be less, ideally it should not be above 30 per class.

One of the main reasons for school dropouts / failures is we do not offer plurality in education. We have set pattern of subjects and everybody has to learn that. Why everybody needs to do maths and English up to 10th std? They are essential subjects but they can be learned as optional or not to be counted for passing. Everybody doesn't want to be scientist or engineer. We will be facing acute shortage of teachers in schools and colleges for pure sciences, philosophy, Sanskrit, logic etc

Fair selection of teachers and not much interference by big bosses just for the sake of show off will bring a drastic change. Corruption in the system is eating all improvements. Honesty is the best policy for all sectors.

1.It is necessary to bring the one stste one syllabus in the all govt., aided and unaided institutions of the particular state. 2. It is most important to bring back the fail system on basis of skill, learning process of syllabus and IQ of the student to learn the prescribed syllabus or skill. 3. If we not bring back the fail system in learning process we are going to create unskilled, unlearned youth of India in future.

Please introduce creamy layer concept in s.c. and s.t. categories also. Many well versed rich students are taking away benefits from the real beneficiaries in these two categories. Please look into the matter very seriously

i read about the news that students would be required to pass school exams from class 6th. are there any accomodations for the special kids? please do consider that there are an increasing number of special kids who need to be incorporated in the mainstream schools.the earlier rule was that no kid would be failed up to 8th class .this was helpful . but if the rules are to be changed, please do necessary accomodations for special kids.there should be different marking system for slow learners.

Their is need of adding basic first aid education in course for Medical emergency handling at home Few days back i heard of death of a infant 2 years old just because of food entering wind pipe, and attendant instead of squeezing the stomach as first reflex went to hospital and it took more time than the child could survive suffocation similarly common problems of sodium attack, heart attack , burns, electric shock, snake bite, dog bite etc the new generations are absolutely oblivious of!

India faces shortage of 35% faculty in government higher education institutes https://factly.in/35-faculty-positions-in-higher-education-india-institutes/. As per an article there were close to 4000 professors of indian origin in USA alone http://www.columbia.edu/~ap2231/ET/et26-may01.htm They will be in other countries as well. Cant we request them to take one course in a year. This will enable us to bridge the gap and provide access to high quality intellect to students.
