Need for Matured Student Entry Routes (MSER) for experienced people in Masters courses like ME/MTech/Ph.D.
Give for admission in recognization of professional experience in the academic programmes.
for example Diploma Engineers who completes say a experience of 10 years may be allowed in Post Graduate programmes of Engineering/Technology/Science.
for those with 10+2 and diploma in engineering with professional experience of 25 years to be permitted for Ph.D admissions directly.

There is huge vacant seats in Engineering Colleges.
The following are suggested in addition to the present entry process to the engineering colleges.
1. First Class holders in SSC interested persons may be permitted to admission to the B.Tech /BE courses along with normal intake. This not only fills the vacant seats in various engineering colleges across india and saves lot of money of parents, time of meritorious students.

Recruitment of teachers for government schools through UPSC or like IBPS exams for banking. Limiting the scope of responsibility to only education/academic activities. Encouraging government residential schooling in panchayat level and block level where teachers can mould the students mind through education and sports. In case of higher education, proper check on the private institutions is necessary especially in laying the admission and course fees.

To have control over private educational institutes.
To have compulsory full medical check up of student by respected school, colleges, universities.
To have aadhar based unique student number for admission process anywhere in India.
To update topics in academics as per need of time & include more of positive facts & data.
Ex: Make History & Geography as subject & Include Laws with Civics in school section.

I am really concerned about existing syllabus. Indian students (CBSE) carry the highest syllabus from class 8 to 12. I compared CBSE 10,11 and 12 class syllabus with US, UK and Australia. Though there is also 80-90% of CBSE (ex Mathematics) in the syllabus, their questions are not so hard as CBSE questions. Most of the children who study in 11 and 12 class do not have childhood, they start at 8 am with tuition and end the day by 9 pm, not even time to eat, forget about developing thinking power.

#MHRD Adhaar enabled student educational tracking (ASET) must be adopted to monitor the progress of a student as well as performance of the teacher. Relationship between teacher and student must be strong, so lot of group discussion must be encouraged in an open forum.every student must have set their target if not they must be motivated to set their target in their life after reaching 6th Std. Medical check-up of every student must be conducted atleast twice in a year.

The research is never meant for service of general public, it has always to follow some american, europian or chinese researcher for publish papers or follow some basic science. Nobody is doing research for general public and these research granting organizations are granting research to unknown destinations. EXAMPLE, I have submit two research proposals to SERB (DST) for saving the life of infants, kids for deaths due to suffocation in small cars, it was rejected thrice without any reason.
