As a part of education system, it is important to empower women at the same time. Hence, self defence should be mandatory from 6th standard as a part of academic curriculum. We can remove major health concerns at younger age like Obesity and stress disorders. This will not only help girls to know how to protect themselves against eve teasing and lot more, but also helps them to stay fit and active at the same time. I hope this helps, and looking forward to some positive implementations.

We need to plug this before heading for further reforms. Let me know if you have any questions Thanks for letting me know Regards Arun
