In schools the social science need to be taught in Hindi or the regional language so that students can understand the society better even in English medium schools. The teachers at primary school level need to be well versed in languages and maths so that they can create a strong base for students as that base is the required for creating buildings named life and career. Also students need to be taught how to behave and conduct morally and with discipline in society by teachers.

In national education policy, stress need to be made on moral education wherein children and their parents should be taught on developing good character and behaviour. Inculcating Values shall be given preference over numbers gained and knowledge. Children should be trained for group discussion, making projects successful, team work. After all, we need to create project managers and program managers for transformation of India and world.

Apart from education policy for India, government should also consider having comprehensive policy in place whereas Indian languages such as Sanskrit, Hindi can be taught in certain known university in every country in the world and similar provision should on reciprocal basis in our country, where student can take advantage of learning foreign language as extremely good prices, as taking lessons of foreign language is beyond the capacity of average students as they are highly expensive.

The real sad part is there is a common belief that administration is awfully insensitive towards the genuine need of the education sector. Budget is pathetic, decisions are not taken on time if taken there some trickiness. Education sector has been getting stepchild like treatment so far. We need to move fast considering the pudh population is going to have. Sandip Vaslekar has predicted astronomical figure of school dropouts by 2025 if no appropriate measures are taken. Shouldn't we worry?

Another must for our education policy is to get rid of the education system from the clutches of the businessmen who have successfully made education a major revenue earning business. We have strong govt network, why is it that despite this govt is failing to provide quality education while private sector is minting money despite limited resources? It is a sheer lack of political will power. I'm sorry to say, but many a times public feels that govt officials have hand in glove for this failure.

Is it possible to shake all old outdated beliefs in the field of education with help of this policy document? Such as breaking watertight compartments of science arts and commerce faculties and allow a student to opt for more flexible combination of subjects across the streams. Can we not have less number of students in one class from KG to PG? To do this more teachers will have to be appointed, more schools and colleges need to be opened and hence government will have to increase budget.

We must turn around the status of teachers. Right now, a person chooses this profession when he/she fails to get any other option, as a last resort. As an individual we strive to learn from the best in the industry. Why not apply the same to our education policy? We need to make teaching profession so lucrative that the cream of the students opt for this noble profession than looking out for anything else and our future generation learns from the best in the business. Quality improvement program/faculty development program for teachers were conducted as per AICTE NORMs.It was for 21 days earlier.All d faculties should present these 21days @d centre.Now a days this program has been conducted for 15days.But d faculties will b there for 1or2 days.Remaining days it will conducted for only students.Y less number of staff r attending-d reason is-management/principal is not allowing d faculty to ateend.So total money is waste.So stingent action should be taken.

hi sir,Greetings.Faculties who teach in college should give unique ID NUMBER AND LIKED WITH ADHAR.Most of the institutions the teaching faculties are hired from the companies.They will be available@d time of inspection.afterwards no one will be there.when i inspected one college, the management person said i have appointed permanent principal-means no principal for the college d management act as d principal.this is d scenario in the country.
