Considering access and equity dilemma please do not subsidize higher education for those who can afford to pay higher fees. If the fees are higher give equivalent scholarship of free-ship or concession to the under privileged sections but why higher income group should enjoy subsidy. To achieve quality financial inputs are required and many aided colleges do not have enough money especially in Maharashtra. college is denied many opportunity to improve quality because of lack of funds.

May not be exactly like five year plan but education policy should have certain time interval. Last policy was in 1986 further modified in 1992. After that now in 2016. It needs to be reviewed on regular basis. world is moving fast and we have been absolutely careless about education sector. Government can't withdraw from this sector, so there has to be commitment from the government that enough funds will be provided for Higher education.

Hon. PM has good concept of changes in election format, I want to suggest that, the ethics of the election in respect to ,proxy advt.,money or goods or items distribution for vote, or any illegal act or violation should be strictly actioned, but ,I want to suggest that, Limit of the election expenses should be deleted, accounts should be maintained including sources of election expenses should be checked regularly, so that, real expenses & sources can know to people & govt., best wishes

I m writing for the people who r working and want to persue higher eduction like phd . However ugc current norms are discouraging for the working people who want to do phd part time. Few regulations must be flexible for working people like as follows 1. Experience must be counted as mphil or gate/NET etc and working people must be exmpted from exam as it presently for gate/net etc. 2. Study work must be with in the organisation. If industry executive do phd it is good for the country

The government should demand all the private institutions to fecilitate a holistic environment for learning and the government may support a grant-in-aid to the private schools where the institutions are giving admissions to the children who actually economical poor. In this way the institutions also will get interest to establish the fecilities like providing relavant play ground, laboratories etc..At the same time the government should supervise in a transperant manner on this kind of issues.

#NationalEducationPolicy
