The vast postal network can be used for a variety of services. The postal saving accounts can be run like modern banking service with ATM cards and machines. The speed post service can be more modernised and improved to provide an efficient Courier service.

Royal Mail of Britain is an interesting example of how our post offices can be modernised and leveraged for multiple services. They are also stationing their post offices in main shopping areas that are well connected by transport, and sometimes even inside bid bookshops!

Post office can offer additional services like computer/Internet access, opening bank accounts, topping up everyday train & bus tickets, filing police complaints, booking train tickets, and other public services. It should also provide a wall where small local employers, businesses, professionals, artisans, shopkeepers, etc can post little advertisements for free. People can find out about local services, products, jobs, schools, doctors, etc from this ad board.

(1). should be a post office in every 8000(eight thousand) population.
(2). post office having many counters but in working 2 or 3 , if all counters start their working then abruptly accumulation of customers can be controlled in office and is comfort to employee as well as the customers.
(3). action should be taken against who spit and throw papers inside office.
(4). more employee should recruited so that branches can be developed
