Financial Inclusion: A wide effective publicity should be given to Post office Savings Bank and Postal Life insurance. A large section of the society is still ignorant about this Postoffice SB and Postal Life Insurance. As a postoffice employee I would like to say that an efficient competent software is the need of the hour of the postoffice. For efficient performance of Insurance activities ,more manpower should be utilised in this area.

I would say that the government should create a Mega Tie up between post offices, Insurance companies and banks for the rural India. So it would be helpful for government as well as for the citizens.

we should use the vast network of indian post to create an indigenous e-mail system (indmail) as an alternative to gmail so that govt authorities don't have to use gmail for sharing info which may end up being snooped by the USA. we can also use indmail to provide web based govt services to citizens who create an id on indmail which will be authorised by UIDAI since they have already collected relevant info. post offices can house the servers and other required infra without much trouble.

Post Offices can be an economic hub for rural area. Those Chit Funds are becoming powerful due to lack of awareness of rural people. That's why we can educate them and in this case Post Offices can take a great step.
