5) Recruit at-least 3-5 Technology Officer in each division/circle to maintain the whole distributed network of postal department and to assist the other non-technical employees on any problems occur such that the customer would not have to suffer for long period for any technical failure. These employees should only from B.Tech (CSE, IT) and MCA background to make it sure they acknowledge their task successfully after training provided by NIC/any other dept agencies.

Govt. need to be proactive on the issue of corruption. Up to now no big decision has come on this issue. Even Lokpal team has not been constituted, it should be formed as soon as possible. There should be mechanism of monitoring the central sponsored scheme, so that the leakage could be stopped.

Suggesation crime control .Lack of skill and education may be seen as the mother of all kind of crime .If govt make mandatory at zail or if govt provoke Ngo's for guiding skill at jail campus .Then it may possible that criminal left crime after getting some kind of technical skill .The concept of Jail needs to be modernised because at Jail the Environment is too bad .For a criminal a Zail is not a zail .zail will be zail for them if govt make education compulsary in zail caricullam .plz think
