For delivering various Citizen centric services and furthering the reach of Financial Services including Insurance, the Government of India has set up a Task Force to examine and recommend efficient utilisation and upgradation of the Post Office Network, enabled with Digital/Internet Connectivity to rural Offices and outpost areas enabling reach of different services in rural areas. This Network is also being viewed as a distribution channel to retail various schemes and services of Central Government, State Government and Private Sector Players.

Through this discussion the Department of Posts (Ministry of Communications & Information Technology) seeks suggestions on the following:

•    To provide efficient postal network and points of presence [particularly in rural areas and small towns] to Central Government Ministries / Departments, State Governments [including Local Self Government] and private sector players for delivering various citizen-centric services, scheme, products to the people.
•    To further the role of Post Offices in Financial inclusion, including Insurance products
•    The infrastructure requirements of the Post Offices and the Postal Network
•    To make the Post Offices financially viable

Last date for sending your suggestions is 30th November, 2014.

POST OFFICE NEED SOME PRODUCTS TO SELL, GIVE THEM NSC, KVP, MIS, RD, FD, BANKING, LOANS, PPF, EPF, PENSION ETC. EARLIES POST OFFICE HAD INTERST RATE 1% MORE THAN BANKS NOW THAT IS GONE IN THE UPA REGIME, POST OFFICE IS DEAD AS IT HAS ONLY ONE GOOD PRODUCT SPEED POST. PLEASE INCREASE THE FD RATE/MIS/NSC/KVP BY 1% MORE THAN BANKS FOR REVIVAL.

भ्रष्टाचार पर शोध की ज़रूरत है। हमने विषयो का अध्ययन किया परंतु भ्रष्टाचार पर कोई अध्ययन नही।किसी भी विश्व-विधयालय,शोध संस्थान मे भ्रष्टाचार पर शोध नही।जब तक भ्रष्टाचार पर शोध नहीं होगा तब तक भ्रष्टाचार के मूल तत्वो को नहीं जान पाएंगे तथा अधूरे ज्ञान से भ्रष्टाचार समाप्त नहीं होगा।मेरा मत है कि भ्रष्टाचार का भी एक विज्ञान है।यह भी टेक्नीक, सिद्धांतो पर टिका होता है।जिस प्रकार IT मे हकेर्स की मदद से मजबूत तकनीक़ ईजाद की जाती है।उसी तर्ज पर भ्रष्टाचारियो के ज्ञान का भी उपयोग हो सकता है।

There is nexus among Doctors, Medical Firms & Diagnostic Centers.Doctors prescribe medicines of firms which give them money,expensive gifts & sponsor for conferences in India & abroad.Diagnostic centers pay huge commission to Doctors for prescribing costly tests.Poor Indians pay for all these and the doctors enjoy at their cost. Govt should make it compulsory for Medical Companies & Diagnostic Centers to disclose the benefit given to Doctors by doing special audits to verify those disclosures.

The most important issue I think is the railway reservation system.It is most irritating booking a tatkal ticket.I dont know how it gets logged out automatically after filing the form or while waiting for payment message.It has happen thousands of time.And how these agents manage t book tickets?Therefor I think there is something fishy.The main purpose of tatkal is turning futile the needy person is not getting ticket and these agent are looting common man.......Pl do something modiji..Thanks.

Can we have post offices doing courier service with the same efficiency as the privates sector and have professionals from the privates sector to Man these places to give skilll competency and professionalism and these are known well to do people who don't work for Money but as service to the nation and also convert it to a eBank with technology as enabler to the strategy in its positioning

..... for lunch. i was there for 1&1/2 hour but lady didn't arrived so later i went out and posted in a private courier Bluedart. They did it instantly. They took a little high charge. But its time saving.

There must be gov-public partnership in most of the sector such as Post office, schools, hospitals, railways, airways(air India). In only gov sector the employees became lazy coz there is no one to push them and keep an eye on them always. so don't care for the public nor they have any tension of their incomplete Task. Last week i came across a post office to post a letter, It was very urgent so i asked them to speed post. They kept me waiting more than 1 hour, saying the lady charge went out

Aaisi koi divided chahiye ki ham Bharat me kahi bhi rahe lekin vote Mar sake, mai vidardh Maharashtra we hu par job pune me karata hu to vaya jakar vote karana sable liye possible nahi hai, to aaisi koi suvidha ho ki ham India me kahi bhi rahe lekin aapane home town or liye vote kar sake, koi portal ho sakata hai jisame adhar card ya koi bhi unique number we Ham login karake aapana vote saal sake, aaisa. Karane se shayad 100 @% voting hogi.
