I will suggest to utilize big infrastructure of post office in new mode of communication(i.e Internet) in rural India. It will help rural India to learn and communicate to the world, which is prime motive of post office. It will also help post office to be a good alternative of private courier company. We have to enhance the response time of post office and then it can play an active role in big and growing market of E-shopping which will provide source of income as well as job opportunity.

Post office infrastructure can be utilised for creating e-library and digitalisation of various publications and readings - such infrastructure support will provide advantage to rural India and particularly to rural youth to facilitate to connect with various publications and help in their study and growth. Similarly postman can be utilised to conduct various surveys and sampling for government work and study. Post department has a legacy but not channelised properly so let us reshape the same.

1. Integrate post offices with small banks to reach out to villages.
2. Digitize these posts and bring them on online India. Gram Panchayats can update the tasks and development in here.
3. Skillset training and recruiting office can utilize these posts to reach to far areas.
4. Connecting these with Online retailers to sell local stuff using these post sites.
