For delivering various Citizen centric services and furthering the reach of Financial Services including Insurance, the Government of India has set up a Task Force to examine and recommend efficient utilisation and upgradation of the Post Office Network, enabled with Digital/Internet Connectivity to rural Offices and outpost areas enabling reach of different services in rural areas. This Network is also being viewed as a distribution channel to retail various schemes and services of Central Government, State Government and Private Sector Players.

Through this discussion the Department of Posts (Ministry of Communications & Information Technology) seeks suggestions on the following:

•    To provide efficient postal network and points of presence [particularly in rural areas and small towns] to Central Government Ministries / Departments, State Governments [including Local Self Government] and private sector players for delivering various citizen-centric services, scheme, products to the people.
•    To further the role of Post Offices in Financial inclusion, including Insurance products
•    The infrastructure requirements of the Post Offices and the Postal Network
•    To make the Post Offices financially viable

Last date for sending your suggestions is 30th November, 2014.

It is my humble submission that Central Gov must consider about creation of Indian Concil of Veterinary Research as it will boost the activities of animal husbandry , veterinary science , etc The contribution towards GDP of Veterinary and animal sciences is significant in comparison to agriculture alone. Hope you will give due and long pending consideration on this point

Installing Tracking machine in each post office (Will work as post-man to flow information between individual and respective dept). For each application respective user will get a unique number. Each individual will enter this unique number in that machine and will get a printed / display only record and can see the status of his / her application. This machine will also provide the facility with button like escalate the case, which will escalate it to higher department. "Jai Hind"

5. Why this step son attitude towards a particular state? 6. Do you really think this new quota is good option? 7. How many times your government has increased the fare within Railways? 8. After answering all the above questions can you still announce yourself as a Comman Man, or poor people Government, or a government of 125 Crore people? Mr PM, Please try to understand Train is the only communication for lower middle class all over India. Please look at this and correct the same. Thanks

namste, i want to increase to indian few system there are-politices if any qualifiation then no come to any unnecessary person & then no any fraud of any brief & policy..and also all yojza will be printed of any one yearly dairy then indian know all's yojza and also advertisement if any comity then will be charge all ad. and also govt. income is increase and also india is clean and one is all govt. employee is given any I-card & pasword then all brief,fraud will be stop & wrong person will arest

I would like to ask few questions from your team as a citizen of India- 1. What was the need to create a new " Premium Tatkal Quota" ? 2. Why this new Premium Tatkal Quota has been created while reducing Tatkal Quota Tickets? 3. Why the Price for New Premium Tatkal Quota is more than double the price of Tatkal Tickets? 4. Why this has been introduced during festive season when majority of Biharis and UP tourist takes train to go to their native?

Hello Mr PM, Congratulations for your recent overseas trip and achievement. It was all good and We really appreciate the effort put in by you and the team. Throughout last 9-10 months so many citizens were looking at you as a hope, and things were moving like that as per our thought. But your government few decisions within Railways are pulling you people as a capitalist government rather than for common man. continue with my previous posts regarding chhote bachhe and PVT schools: - at the beginning of the year parents ko pressurize kiya jata hai ki uniform, books, copies school ya unke authorised stationary shop se hi lena hogi. jab ki vo dusri shop se manhgi hoti hai. is dard se sara middle class pareshan hai kyonki 1-2 bachho ko PVT school men padhane me hi uski kamar tut jati hai. I request to honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Please look into the matter and solve the problem of every indian.

Main yahan chhote bachho aur PVT schools ke bare men baat karna chahta hu class 1-2-3 ke bachho ko school men heavy project diye jate hai jo ki 5-8 year ka bachha nahi kar sakta hai, vo uske parents ko hi karna hota hai. ye baat schools ko bhi pata hai. phir ese project ka kya matlab hai jo ki parents bhi mkt se kharid ke late. sare PVT school har saal fees manmane tarike se badha dete hai. in par koi fees regulator hona chahiye, ya % fix hona chahiye ki every year isse jyada fees nahi badhegi.

PO ka present PVT courier services se bahut tough competition hai. sabse pahle to PO main staff shortage hai sabhi PO staff work load se dukhi hai, aur salary bhi bahut kam hai. I am not a post office worker, but i talk with many PO persons. Increase use of IT in postal service, abhi speed post service hai vo bhi 2 din ki jagah normal 7-8 din delivery men lagati hai i think kahi kuch kami hai in process of delivery of parcels. some work is to be outsourced. PO pahle basic job rol to kare

Reform at a great speed denying all opposition for the sake of it, is the cry of the day. We must create a structure where national priorities override anything and anyone. Today there is no participation of private intellect in to ways of Govt. How its only the domain of government officials? We must invite and insist that personalities of proven track record from any field must contribute in our growth on the principle of power and accountability. The restrictions r stunting our development.
