Some of the thought's which MyGov may like to proceed with:
1. Leverage the infrastructure and connectivity till the villages/town by linking the PO network with E-Commerce.
So that a person staying in the village can also order from the E-Commerce website.
2. PO can enhance the services by starting a Pickup facility from Home/office(Many people don't go to PO just because of NO Reason & prefer to send courier by paying heavy amount).
3. Important to gain people faith by timely delivery.

Dear Sir, My suggestion is to make our Post Offices more vibrant. We must make use of them in accepting all day to day payments such as electricity, water, property tax, income tax, credit card payments, etc., We can also sell Khadi through all post offices. We have an excellent network through our post offices which should be used to maximum benefit. Working hours of post offices must be made 12 hours a day through shift system. Postman services may be used to advertise govt programmes..

I would like to request to improve the railway system. If a group of 1000 people in one day like to have a trip through rail, it is not possible to have so many tickets at once. I had suffer huge by railway while a trip to Dwarka from Asansol with 1000 people during year 2013. Railway charged more than 5 times to normal fair and provided poor services . The people suffer for fooding , cleaning and timing too. HOW CAN RAILWAY BE SO CARELESS AND HARRAS THE PUBLIC . I APPEAL TO PM FOR JUSTICE.

cyber cafe facility should be made available as now a days communication is mostly in electronics form and saves lot of time. as well as a computer literacy center can also be opened in all post offices to teach computers in all areas of the country, for this tie up can be done with company like TCS, wipro or mahindra.
