For delivering various Citizen centric services and furthering the reach of Financial Services including Insurance, the Government of India has set up a Task Force to examine and recommend efficient utilisation and upgradation of the Post Office Network, enabled with Digital/Internet Connectivity to rural Offices and outpost areas enabling reach of different services in rural areas. This Network is also being viewed as a distribution channel to retail various schemes and services of Central Government, State Government and Private Sector Players.

Through this discussion the Department of Posts (Ministry of Communications & Information Technology) seeks suggestions on the following:

•    To provide efficient postal network and points of presence [particularly in rural areas and small towns] to Central Government Ministries / Departments, State Governments [including Local Self Government] and private sector players for delivering various citizen-centric services, scheme, products to the people.
•    To further the role of Post Offices in Financial inclusion, including Insurance products
•    The infrastructure requirements of the Post Offices and the Postal Network
•    To make the Post Offices financially viable

Last date for sending your suggestions is 30th November, 2014.

In the swachh Bharat abhiyan, please include all beggars in ensuring streets are clean. They should be paid minimum wage & given uniforms. This will not only help keep India clean but also get away with professional beggars. Anyone found begging should either be part of this out be penalized as beefing has turned into an industry. This will clean the society and nexus as well

MY SUGEESION IS IN MY GOV, THE GORUPS SHOULD BE MADE AS PER SECTOR IN ECONOM OR MINISTRIES/DEPARTMENTS, AND NOT AS IT COMES ON THE WAY. ALSO THE SHOW CASE IN OOEN FOURM SHOULD SHOW THE DISUCSSION ONLY TO THE MEMBER AND THEN MEMBER CAN BROWS / SEE THE COMMENTS AND SHERE VIEWS. ALSO THE MEMBER SHOULD BE GIVEN TO START A DISCSSION IF THE THERE HOW IT CAN BE DONE LASTLY; THIS NEED TO BE MADE MORE USER FREINDLY AND FAST..

श्रीमान आज प्रातःकाल न्यूज़ चेनल के माध्यम से मालूम चला की नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में आवंटित खाद्य सामग्री सड़ी हुई पाई गयी। श्रीमान मेरा यह व्यक्तिगत तोर पर मानना रहा है की बुरा करने से बेहतर है कुछ ना करना। क्या हम सम्बंधित लोग जो इस कार्य में लिप्त है पर राष्ट्र द्रोह के तहत कार्यवाही नहीं कर सकते? कृपया इस पर कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करे तथा समाचर माध्यमो से की गयी कार्यवाही से जनसाधारण को अवगत करावे। यह ना केवल लोगो का सरकार में भरोसे का संचार करेगा बल्कि इसकी पुनरावृत्ति पर लगाम कसेगी।

IT IS BETTER TO OPEN MORE REASIONAL BRANCHES OF NEW POS OFFICES OR REMOVE POST OFFICES AND CREATE A SIMILAR DIVISION IN EACH OF THE NATIONALIZED BANKS. AS EVERBODY KNOWS LIKE OTHER MANY DEPARTMENT INDIAN POSTAL DEPARTMENT ARE ONE OF THE MOST POOR PERFORMING STILL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC IS HEADING ITS BURDEN.
