Bsnl should be merged with post office and digital India should become the new avatar to drive all the three. Each post office can develop modern communication centre where any local or tourist can enter and by flashing his adhar can avail the services. kiosks can be developed at different locations for ease of public. All the common man services should be served at the kiosks to save time.

Sir suppose you have a confirmed reservation and you missed your train.Then what?? Yes you would file a TDR so that you'll get 50% fare money back.In case your ticket was booked from railway reservation counter you'll get your money from reservation counter itself but the procedure is very problematic for e-tickets.Infact many times TT allot you berth to other passengers and tick mark against your name on reservation chart which means you've done the journey and this create problems in filing TDR. I would like to suggest you a very simple step to ensure that all those passengers who fail to board the trains with their confirmed reservations get their TDR without any problem. What TT has to do is just write passenger's ID CARD no.against the passenger's name while checking the tickets itself.It would help a lot to claim TDR without any problems. For e.g. if a passenger has not boarded the train but the chart is showing that journey has been done with PAN card as proof then just ask the passenger to get their PAN card and match it with the no.mentioned in TT's chart. Doodh ka Doodh aur pani ka pani. Sir INDIA has got the largest railway network in the world with maximum no.of employees.So this work can be easily done with effective measures if managed properly. Sir I am a hopeless educated Unemployed of India. Millions of people like me are suffering and coming generations will suffer because of Archaic Reservation system in our country.Its not only hindering talents of millions of Youths but is also making them less productive.No wonder many of them travel to developed countries and find better opportunities.
