NICE LOOK AND GESTURE OF DEVELOPMENT FREE OF COST (ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY)
In indian villages roads are very dirty. Usually gape between roads and shops are full of dirt or rough base, if we give them awareness to equal the surface of this waste gape with particular level and grow the grass, we can stop to damage the edges of the road. Don't grow the grass on entrance between shops and roads. It will give beautiful view, keep people healthy, control the soil, people can do morning or evening walk

ATM is a must requirement for Post Offices because maximum retired persons who keep their money after retirement really feels problem of collecting MIS because of long queue at Post Offices it will also help the govt. because people will not take out all the money monthly wise.

The postmen who are the important link between citizens and post office should be provided with good work conditions.Instead of cycle they may be provided with the battery operated two wheeler. This would increase their efficiency in distributing the mails.Strengthening the lowest link would definitely increase the effectiveness of post offices.

Please introduce a service which collects documents, payments for govt services, delivers to the govt office and returns back to the sender within stipulated period. This will reduce corruption, re-engae and revive postal services within the nation. Postal services are being used for visa stamping, passport office, transport office services abroad.

The postal staff are really in contact with people of India. Now the interactions are less with emails in place. They are in general less skillful and slow. Because of their huge net work, with motivation ,skill development they can contribute greatly in rural development, extension activities of popularizing the government schemes, distribution of publicity material and bringing true feed back to the higher authorities.. However they need to be paid very well, and come out of British style.

Post offices and staff need to be humanised, made efficient, and corruption free. Even from a widow's pension of Rs, 1000 postmen deduct Rs. 50 and pay only the rest. The banking and FD facilities in POs are very poor; incomparable to banks and keep away people because of indifference, harassment, and indifference. POs have no internet and computer facilities for online services; no relationship managers for persons who cannot visit POs. Speed posts are not delivered on time.

Our country has a vast network of Post Offices and the people working in them are sincere& dedicated. Post offices can be used as an effective means to reach out to people located in remote areas by expanding their scope of operations like banking, collection of small deposits linked to bank accounts etc. Post offices with banking facility can be encouraged to extend small loans to artisans / mechanics etc to expand their operations and provide gainful employments staying near by. It is worthy.
