My suggestion is, Please have a postpaid budget than this prepaid budget. You decide something, you allocate some Money & at the end you won’t get the correct response whether each paise was spent effectively. Instead of that install GRP Trishul software, which is my brain child & you will have correct idea of how effectively the money has spent & after you get the complete maths of all the spent money, then call a session & show the live data to the citizens. That’s all. Prepaid Budget is an age old, outdated practice introduced by the British idiots.Remember, they were running a company & were not running a government. Doesn’t matter. We have no need to learn from them. Think! Innovate!!!

महोदय नमस्कार, ओडिशा भुवनेश्वर डेवलपमेंट ऑथोरिटी में 10 साल होने बाला है कॉन्ट्रैक्चुअल कंसल्टेंसी में प्रॉपर एडवरटाइजमेंट के साथ इंटरव्यू मे पास होकर मेडिकल भी हुआ था, ट्रेनिंग भी सात दिन का रोटी मे हुआ था, अभी तक 25000 तनख्वा में नौकरी करा रहे है, न कोई मेडिकल, ppf भी नहीं कट ता है , न कोई इंश्योरेंस है, हम लोग लिख कर 2 साल हो गया है कोई सुनता ही नहीं है, देश सेवा करके आए है , राज्य में कोई दुःख सुनता ही नहीं है, महंगाई के साथ कैसे जिया जा सकता है, हरदम ड्यूटी के लिए खड़े होकर bbsr को सुंदर स्वच्छ बनाया कई सरकारी जमीन मुक्त कराया,

कृपया जबलपुर मुंबई गरीब रथ एक्सप्रेस को कही भी विस्तार न किया जाए,इसकी जगह धनबाद नाशिक रोड गरीब रथ स्पेशल को नियमित किया जाए, मुंबई तक विस्तार किया जाए,हफ्ते के तीन दिन वाया सिंगरौली, नई कटनी, जबलपुर, इटारसी होकर चलाया जाए और रीवा सिंगरौली नई लाइन बनने के बाद हफ्ते के चार दिन वाया सिंगरौली, सीधी, रीवा, सतना, कटनी, जबलपुर, नैनपुर, सिवनी, छिंदवाड़ा, अमला, खंडवा होकर चलाया जाए।
