In continuation to my previous suggestion, why do we have to follow British system or US system. Let us have our own hierarchy of system which is efficient & productive. There are some unnecessary designations present. In some place, a level of hierarchy is needed. We have to study the present whole hierarchy & do some research & make the necessary changes. If you are making a committee for this, then please have a mix up of experienced & youth combined.

My suggestion is, Please bring in One Nation One Payroll, for all the kinds of government employees irrespective of Gram Panchayat, Taluk Panchayat, district, Corporations, Metropolitan, cosmopolitan, state government & central government, all PSUs, Boards everything related to government. Broadly classify them into ranks & according to that fix the salary. Minimum should be ₹40000. And Maximum should be ₹ 200000. That’s it. If people want more, then let they go to private company. Government work is mainly for service. Now, don’t stop there only. Along with this, change the hierarchy of the whole government machinery system. It’s been over 100 years. They are still following the same old hierarchy. There are many types of new hierarchies available today. Please change it. Also please change the name of the designation of all the government posts & keep some indigenous names. For Example: “Commissioner of Police” is an old name of the designation given by the British.
