Excepting better effective budget this time for progressive economy and protect middle class Middle class looking for big relief from the budget One of the foremost demands of the middle class is a reduction in tax liabilities. Simplified tax structures and higher exemptions could go a long way in improving disposable incomes. The salaried class also hopes for increased standard deductions to address rising costs, including healthcare and education expenses

I Goutam Ganguly, s/o Late Shri Sital Chandra Ganguly, aged 66 years, had incredible difficulty communicating my issues with my health insurance to an AI chatbot. Furthermore, there is no option to connect to an executive of my insurance company (name). It should be mentioned that during payment of premium the company engages actual executives to reach out to customers. In this regard I urged to Ministry kindly look into the matter. Our Prime Minister emphasis his mission for health for old age people, but in ground reality health insurance providing companies are taking advantage of digital service and essentially provides no service. Kindly take cognizance of the issue so that competent authority should look into the matter. Goutam Ganguly

Two set of suggestions. 1. Personal finances getting impacted heavily due to over taxation in income and not conducive for buying new homes, vehicle etc. 2. Private sector companies are getting ignored and only public sector companies are being promoted for example private banks, which limits public participation on great extent and impacts job creation and upskilling.
