Respected Sir, Now a days deforestation activity is disturbing the Environmental conditions due to which we are facing lots of climatic changes like terrible heat waves, unusual rainfalls,soil erosion, temperature changes so my opinion is to bring awareness regarding importance of trees,their medical values and the role of trees for environmental disturbances relating to the story of chipko movement which was started by Gaurav devi and Sundharlal bahuguna,a small story of 300 years ago in a small village in Rajasthan named Khejadi

PM Modiji, please do something. some people are kidnapping small kids in India. Also online frauds are increasing. on calling 1930 only they note down the complaints.no action is taken against fraudsters.

Respected Sir, This is the story of a Mr Sheji M S, Health Inspector in Govt of Kerala.He has been proactively promoting cleanliness campaign wherever he assumes charge..Currently Mr Sheji is serving as Health Inspector at Fort Kochi zone 1 Office and is about to retire in the month of May.He has changed the face of his workplace by speedy processing of files, beautification of premises and thereby creating a positive experience for employees as well as for common men.The recent work initiated and coordinated by him drew tourists and wide social media attention especially Fort Kochi being a tourist place in Kerala.

Respected Sir, Due to rapid urbanization, changing dietary habits and sedentary lifestyles, Diabetes has become a villain to an average Indians health.As of 2023–2024 studies, over 101 million people in India are living with diabetes, representing a 11.4% prevalence rate nationwide. A significant additional segment of the population has prediabetes, with urban areas reporting higher rates (up to 16.4%) compared to rural areas (8.9%). People should be encouraged to grow fruits and vegetables at their homes and consume more vegetables for good health and if possible subsidy should be given for buying fruits and vegetables rather than sugar through ration shops.Thank you Sir.

महोदय सुझाव एवं अनुभव है कि ऐसी सरकारी कर्मचारी जो लगभग सात आठ वर्ष से के कार्यरत हैं उच्च अनुभव रखते हैं ऐसी स्थिति में रिक्त पदों की भर्ती में इनका अनुभव के आधार पर कुछ पदों पर इनको प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए प्राय देखा गया है कि रिक्त पदों की भर्ती के समय एक या दो पेपर के माध्यम से नए व्यक्तियों का चयन हो जाता है जो अधिकतर अनुभवहीन होते हैं और अधिकारी के पद पर चयनित हो जाते हैं मुझे लगता है कि जो कर्मचारी लगभग 7 से 8 वर्षों से कार्य कर रहे हैं यह उच्च अनुभव दक्षता रखते हैं अतः ऐसे लोगों को प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए , व्यवस्थाओं में सुधार होना चाहिए । जिससे उन्नति संभव हो।।

महोदय सुझाव अनुभव है कि आउटसोर्स एवं अतिथि शिक्षक की पदों पर भरती की जाती है आउटसोर्स के पदों पर बिना विज्ञापन की भरती की संभावना होती है अधिकतर अधिकारी कर्मचारियों द्वारा अपने ही लोगों को भरती किए जाने की संभावना होती है उक्त पद हेतु योग्यता को ध्यान में नहीं दिया जाता है जिम्मेदारी होती कोई शाखा नहीं दी जाती है इसी प्रकार अतिथि शिक्षक भर्ती में रिक्त पदों की जानकारी का सही विवरण नहीं दिया जाता है इसी प्रकार मेरिट लिस्ट भी ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर प्रदर्शित नहीं की जाती है महोदय सुझाव है कि उक्त स्थिति में पारदर्शिता होनी चाहिए जिससे योग्य व्यक्ति का हक नहीं छीना जा सके।
