With Due respect PM sir,
I live in OLD LABOUTR colony in Lucknow , Aishbagh Area . Near my house an Old recreation centre of Labor department is situated . Very huge building standing like abundant , if I would get a chance under any govt scheme I want to use it as teaching and playing place for under privilege children as well as recreation room for Old retired men and women, As in old age we need more love and affection but due to present life style of youth, Old citizens feel loneliness in life. . Govt is spending good amount in new residential constructions but if these types of ignored building can be used in good purpose it will give huge cost cutting to the Govt.
My residence is in old Govt labor colony , since long v r fighting to get house possession but the matter is pending.
This will also calculated in Gove residential scheme if we get possession.
I am sure these types of colonies situated all over India.
Sir Kindly look into this matter seriously.

SIR: The issue related to Disabled government employees who are all working in goa facing difficulties on reservation in promotions. The past judgments issued by the Honble SC in connection with the Reservation in Promotion for the DIVYANGJAN in states should not be ignored, since otherwise, every state would approach the Honble court which will in turn lead to wastage of valuable time of these Honble Courts. But the state Government Departments are not implementing reservations in promotion for people with disability inspite of supreme court verdict.
The promotion should be granted on the basis of provisions stipulated under the PwD and the RPwD Act. And The RPwD Act states the reservation to the PwDs have been extended from 3 to 4 percent. The denial of Reservation in Promotion with benchmark disabilities shall reduce the scope for development and social upliftment of the PwDs and shall go against the spirit of the RPwD Act.

Its too difficult to pull out our self from all this at once because of Family.
Our family has grown with that thinking and morality where todays generation and their thinking is not acceptable
and that leads to unwanted life threatening decision.
We want to Grow , but with Society for their benefit not without them.
Unse door hokr unka bhala kese karenge...

SIR: Lack of any regulatory authority combined with the government's lethargy to impose restrictions on the reckless use of poles or levy fines on the erring cable operators has led to the rampant misuse of the government property. Besides, non-compliance of safety norms by the unregulated private sector cable network undertakings continuously pose grave danger to life and property. The government should formulate a policy to restrict use of poles by either cable TV operators or telecommunication service providers in the interest of safety of public. Cables and wires tied haphazardly on various poles and trees are a common sight in Panaji. Even the electricity department has failed to hammer out solution to the illegal, arbitrary and unauthorized use of cables on electric poles. The electricity dept with city corporation should proceed with immediate removal of such cables. In city all the electric posts carry lot of cables and most of them are lying low posing a threat to the people

Amidst allegation of scam in the recruitment of various posts in the public works department (PWD), LDC post at GMC, etc., the union government should direct CBI to probe this matter. Nor the state government should scrap posts from all the departments including Police, Health, FDA while initiating High Court monitored inquiry into all the recruitments. The artificially created vacancies in the government posts shows itself a blatant, Illegal and arbitrarily filling those government vacancies. The recruitment is hurriedly happening on the eve of elections and at a rapid pace and clearly appears that the administration at the highest levels in collusion are filling their personal coffers for the ensuing elections and allotting jobs at the whims and fancies to their electoral constituency voters. The government is playing with the people of Goa and the future of youth of Goa. Favoritism in giving jobs is injustice to the Goan youth of goa.

SIR: There is an rise in cyber crimes with innocent peoples being victims. Especially senior citizens are the favored targets of the scamsters. Number of cases has been reported in india. The surge in cybercrimes is being accompanied by a significant increase in the size of losses. The usage of online applications, messages, increasing by the day, fraudsters on cyber crime are targeting more people's through various forms of cheating which include email, lottery, sms, phishing to get access to online bank accounts and attempt to obtain sensitive informations such as passwords and card details by masquerading as a trustworthy online entity. And the reach of internet to remote locations in the country has increased the number of online criminals who target those in cities. In some cases fraudsters are operated from overseas and some from within the country. The union government should look for remedies to prevent and awareness of about such cybercrimes.

SIR: There is no evidence to show that demonetization has helped the economy. But five years after the demonetisation of currency notes of higher denominations there is plenty to show that it has damaged whose negative impact is still being felt. It led to the collapse of much of the informal sector which accounted for a large part of the economy. Millions of small businesses, which had no sustaining power, were killed off in a few days by the liquidity crunch. Even the organised sectors were adversely affected by the shortage of currency and lack of demand. The PM had said that demonetisation was meant to flush out black money and wanted people to bear the pain for 50 days to help him deliver the India of our dreams. But it turned out to be a nightmare. Most black money, that demonetisation provided hoarders an opportunity to turn it into white money.

sir
implement minority laws as per state wide not central wide. Hindus may be majority in central but in some states they are the minority people. so in those states minority laws should be for the Hindus.

Sir: Recent LDC recruitment in GMC, PWD recruitment, etc in Goa was not fair and transparent. The goa govt is selling jobs for lakhs of rupees by bypassing Goa SSC. Such scams are deep rooted cancer. This issue has affected the lives of countless deserving candidates and by choosing undeserving candidates. Corrupt goa government is frustrating the youths of goa as deserving candidates are not getting jobs, while those who pay jobs are made happy.
