One more SWACH BHARATH TAx added. TAX TYRANNY CONTINUE.iF FM is not able to manage the department he may entrust the work someone experts, I think. Even nearing 2 years no tax reforms.Abundant tax evasion, fake currency,Black money, corruption going on.Honest tax payers harassing, humiliating, etc. No tension for tax evaders.URGENTLY withdraw currency notes 500,1000.A single money transaction tax must be introduced.VERY VERY URGENT ACTION REQUIRED from the Govt.TAX TYRANNY CONTINUE,WHY THIS GOVT?

The CAG report has discussed in length with specific instances how the 44AB audit done especially in the case of non corporate assesses has resulted in loss to the government With all these the government should not yield to the lobby of the particular class of tax professionals in continuing the 44ab even after knowing the net resultof44AB, because of these certifications as of now there are more than 46 to 50 certificates that has to be obtained which is an hurdle for voluntary compliance.

The monopoly of the 44AB audit by CA’s has not yielded any additional revenue to the government but has resulted in the loss to the government. The policy maker’s attention is drawn to the CAG report of 2014 Chapter II Appreciation of Accountants certificates Page 7 to 22 ABD Report No 32 of 2014 Performance Audit page no 30 to 43 may kindly be taken very serious note of by the reforms committee in recommending for the removal of the 44AB audit for non corporate assesses.

tax professionals are working for 60 to 70% of Tax paying dealers under state and central Acts, helping both Governments in collecting the revenue on large scale, all over India. But in G S T regime these Registered Professionals have not been considered, they should be included

Tax Pol:Demand is raised by Income tax deptt. in case of individuals in E-filing portal. But if he wants to pay, there is no form available in E payment site. So, why the software is not designed in such a way: That if the individuals has confirmed that Demand of Tax is correct, there should be a "PAY" button on the same demand page, directing him to net banking, from there itself. After payment, Tax should be automatically settled. No need of feeling form. This can be done easily thru softwere

This is regarding Individual/personal Income tax. If Employer has deducted tax from employee, and the employer has not deposited that money to Income tax, The Individual is given the demand notice. What is the fault of individual here? So, please rectify the tax rule/laws,so that individuals are not harassed. Income tax should ask the money from Employer in such cases.
Next point:If demand is raised by Income Tax thru E-filing portal and the individual wants to pay it. Thereis no button availbl
