Sir
Many senior citizens have put their money in fixed deposits with the SBI. The SBI gives only 0.25% extra interest to Sr.Citizens whereas other banks give 0.5% extra. On the other hand the SBI gives 1% more interest on deposits by its serving employees and 1.25% more interest on deposits by its retired employees. I suggest that all banks give 0.5% more interest on deposits by senior citizens and its own employees.

Most of black money is in form of fix properties like houses, flats and apartments. One person holds number of properties on his name. This increases the rate of properties. So common people can not afford house. So make policy that one person have only one property. Connect property card to adhar card. These will surely helpful to reduce black money and fulfill the dream of own home of every person easily. #blackmoney

Many entrepreneurs in India used to extent service for many foreign clients and earn foreign currency by taking service of many foreign employees/experts for the same to meet the project requirements. These employees were paid though PayPal which has been blocked by RBI now. This also hampers new small entrepreneurs from growing as they are unable to hire experts for their company from aboard and unable to pay them US dollar from their PayPal account.

I personally think that the Government must charge income tax on Temples,Mosques,Churches and all pilgrimage places.
Its the sector which is completely tax free and also there should be a licensing system for it.
It will solve the problem of lack of money of Govt. & Govt. can also implement the money for other development plans.

Make necessary provisions to create “payment agencies” for “outward remittances” and “payroll”. In other words such agencies should be able to comply regulatory compliance on behalf of the entities while entity should be able to make one payment and save time on compliances.

Waive the requirement obtaining “Unique Identification Number” for funds received from abroad for investments from non-residents. KYC requirements and inwards remittances passing through multiple banks make it difficult for “recipient” to comply with pre-conditions for obtaining Unique Identification Number.
