Increase the net of ppl under direct taxes.
1. Deploy field agents who will visit Every shop in Every City/town & check their tax compliance.
2. make mobile payments mechanisms easily & widely available, even for smallest shops
3. Remove notes of Higher denominations - Rs. 500 &above & make mobile/epayments as the only available medium
4. Improve & Make EASILY accessibl Consumer rights protection for transactions made thru mobile/epayments/receipts - automatically ppl will ask for receipts

Whenever a foreign company opens a branch in India, Customs department department investigate their transaction under SVB (Special Valuation Branch) & Income Tax department under Transfer Pricing (In practise in all developed countries). Why don't you dissolve this SVB. Already their is so much corruption in Indian Customs & this SVB department is another tool for them to mint dirty money. This SVB servers no purpose except harassing entrepreneurs & taking away EASE OF DOING BUSINESS.

Just a suggestion..
Consider starting Post dated NEFT facility in banking. Mostly trade transactions are done on credit basis.
Suppose if a person has to buy raw material on credit of 1 month, he can issue a post dated NEFT to the supplier. The post dated NEFT should be non cancellable i.e. payer can not cancel the NEFT. In case of insufficient funds, banking system should automatically transfer funds as and when funds are available in the payer's account.

Their should be some sort of security for tax payers. If a person pays taxes when he is earning, he expects help during his bad time. Unfortunately, he ends up paying taxes during his good time, but no help form govt. after that.

Dear Mr. Finance Minister, I want to know why government don't stop printing Currency Notes of Large denomination like INR 50 & above. Currency notes of larges denomination are spoiling our economy.
Following are the advantage if Large denomination Currency Notes like INR 50 & above are stopped:
1) We can control Fake Currency.
2) We can control Black Money.
3) We can control terrorist activities.
4) People will be encouraged to you plastic money.
5) It will increase the GDP of country.
