Indian abroad can provide a decent contributions (not the worker level) on every visit they make to India. The options can be made on a yearly rests or otherwise. Also when they declare their annual returns to provide a provision for such payment for tax adjustment.

To curb black money relies on curbing the expenditure in elections. Every party has huge number of un-employed labours who work Politicians to make their living. If this mass can be employed by the Political party and provide them stable work ethics and decent living by providing service to the General public who are in need to such services.get a decent revenue model to support this will reduce the burden of election expenditure and also streamline the labour force for productive means.

Toll Tax collection - This has become big nuisance for common citizen. Honest tax payer feels cheated when he has to pay money again for bear minimum facility like Roads. Lots of fuel & productive time is wasted at toll booths. Why can't we collect toll tax at the time of sale of tyre? can we run our truck & cars without tyres ? charge nominal amount like rs.200-300/- for each sale of tyre. what will be your revenue ? mind blowing

I noticed that a large amount of cash is withdrawn by many factory/small establishment to make payment to staff/employee. Now when account opening is so easy, shouldn't it be made mandatory to deposit salary directly into bank. Apart from bringing transparency, it would help electronic trailing of money (#TaxAdministration) and also reduce the practice followed in manual mode to some extent the less salary paid to staff but forced them to sign on higher amount.

Estate Tax is applied on all land holdings measured each 2400 Sq.ft. It will attract a tax of Rs 3000-5000 depending up on the area located. Fuel Tax is charged on all petrol/diesel sales with in the state. It will be charged about Rs 2 per Litter. State government can also dis invest its shares with State PSU's if necessary. State government will also receive its share in central CTT at 50% of all collections with in its boundary.
Hope this would workout. Your comments are welcome.

Once bringing CTT we can get rid of other taxes which are not felt comfortable to either public and businesses. However, the government can ask all the listed corporate to handover 2% out of their total issued shares to gain assets. Government in return could allow 49% of disinvestment for all of its PSU entities. This CTT will be followed by all respective state governments as well. In addition they may have Estate Tax, Fuel Tax and gain profits of State PSU's.

Therefore we have to propose a viable tax policy and practice to realize huge tax collection for both Central and State government. My idea is to charge a COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION TAX which will be levied as 1% on all commercial purchasing by any individual or business/corporate that is valued beyond Rs 1000. Everyday all commercial purchases happen and those transactions by individuals and business/corporate are millions. Taxing those transactions would provide a considerable revenue.
