Urgent measures to take real eastate, land deals, educational institutions, medical services into main stream. Lot of unaccounted money exists in the areas. Fast track committee needed to design and implement transperant system which is also simple .

I have few suggestions with respect to individual income tax laws. It should be made very simple so that tax compliance increases and middle class salaried peopled don't have to do a lot of paper work. All exemptions and allowances should be removed and income upto 10 lakhs should be made non taxable. Attaching my opinion on other clauses in individual income tax and discrepancies in that.
Thanks

To
Finance Minister
Sir,
NRI time outside India
(1) For Seafarers is time from CDC which should be changed to time as per passport dates
(2)All other catagories have this time calculation based on passport dates ( dates of leaving and entering back in India)
(3)Seafarers send back to India 90% of their earnings.
This method presently adopted to calculate time by CDC is unfair to sefarers.
I am 71 years ols ex-seafarer and I will be happy if this in-equality is resolved.

Respected Sir,
In Present taxation system due date of return is 31st july and in case of audit 30 sept. Sir, why govt. is giving so much time to submit their income tax return after closing of the Financial year. For Financial year 2014-15 30.09.2015 is last date in case of audit. 6 month period is very high time period given to businessmen. A big chunk deposits tax in September with interest. So you are requested to reduce the time accordingly.
regards
CA SATBIR SINGH

Technology will help in timely transparent system. Clarity on policies is a must. Aadhar linked bank A/c's, associated TIN & PAN network through single monitoring will help in this regard.Timely & fast pace working environment & Investor Friendly policies will help to generate more revenues.

Sir,
The Govt has Enacted LAW for Black money, but Black money is generated by Cororates by Inflating Cost and there by Tax Evasion . To monitor the remedy must be done to its Root i.e by monitoring the Cost booking and can be done if Cost Audit is made compulsory across industry . Yes Govt must ensure every industry it will not be leaked, and ensure full safety of Data submit.

Sir,
Corporate knows how to manipulate and inflate Expenses and reduce profit and there by Tax.
To counter that Govt Can make compulsory Cost Audit, Cost records so that Govt can track after analysis which industry is over inflating cost, i.e For Example of Sugar Production Industry, Co "X" having Raw material (A) Cost Rs 7 per kg while Co Y showing it Rs 23 per Kg , Here it can be Tracked by Cost Audit Only and must be done in all Industry.
