Dear Sir,
Make vocational classes for one computer language learning(java preferred), coding, app making, website making in every district or on any government website. This should be free or with a minimal price or under corporate social responsibility. If classes are being conducted in person in every district, it should be in night 6-9. for girls morning batch may be available from 6-9... but night class is a must to develop skills of people those who are working for living.

Pranams. Most of the staff belongs to Vocational training centers are temporary due to the traing centres came through Projects. Without permanent centres, the skilled staff won't come because of their lower salary comparing to their earnings outside. Permanent Vocational Training centres may be started with skilled technicians. Special sessions may be taken by the external specialists. Our Honourable PM's Schemes like Admanirbargar may be explained through officials. jai hind.
