The Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways, under the Sagarmala Programme, intends to create an ecosystem for the development of Ro-Ro (Roll-on, Roll-off) ferries and waterway transportation throughout the nation. When compared to traditional modes of transportation, this method of transportation offers a number of advantages, including shorter travel distances, cheaper logistics, and less pollution.

The draft guidelines aim to standardise and streamline the development and operation of ferry services, as well as, promote ease of doing business by reducing delays and conflicts, Additionally, guidelines will aid in boosting private players' confidence, hence expanding their involvement and encouraging healthy competition in such ventures.

The draft of Guidelines for Operationalization of Ro-Ro and Ro-Pax ferry service along the coast of India is issued for public consultation for seeking feedback and suggestions.

1. GPS/ modern tracking system, life saving equipments and security camera must be compulsory in all. 2. Different routes for high speed vessel, normal vessel, goods vessel and tourist vessel make considered. 3. There must be system to coordinate and communication with fisherman of these area. 4. Island connecting -Ferry tourism will attract many.

This mode of transportation has several benefits; It will reduce travel time. Reduce logistics costs. Lower Pollution in comparison to the conventional modes of transportation (road or rail). Under the Sagarmala Programme, the Ministry is financially supporting 45 projects with a total project cost of Rs. 1900 Crore. This will generate employment, improve infrastructure and promote ease of doing business in the country. It is an environment-friendly mode of transportation and also promotes the public welfare.

Grant of concession for Terminal Operators for Ro Ro and Ro Pax vehicle and Grant of License for Operation of Ro Pax vessel and Fast Passenger Ferry are nicely mentioned. Small, Medium as well as Large distances shall be fully covered. Routes, Vessel parameters, Clearance, Penalty, License period, Fare, penalty should be strictly observed. Implementation of online portal should be executed smoothly and quickly. It should be maintained thoroughly, If any points are to be included or excluded Licensor as well as Licensee should come for a meet and discuss the problem, Action be taken quickly after decision.

India for developed country, It is mandatory to have one nation, one election and two parties. [ 1 pros - 1 cons ] [Pandava-Kauravas] [light-dark] [religiousness] [Ideal state-Real state]......etc. Mahabharat once again for Mahanbharat. Everyone is just trying to save and build the party. Indian people are interested for involvement for said Programme. it is best my knoledge that the programme future of india. it is need for large nos of peoples. so that thanks to people.thanks to our honorable prime Minister. it a great job. it help us. it is a successful programme it is better for us means Indian peoples. large nos peoples involved in said pdogramme. so we proud for said Programme. it is better for various development. so thanks to central government.
