1. Finalization by India Data Officer and Chief Data Officer should be reviewed by the President & Prime Minister of India. 2. Government-to-Government Data sharing must get approval from the concerned person every time when they share our personal data. Placing faith on certain officers is not advisable as it may cause damage to the concerned person's data. 3. The draft did not mention about the penalty and punishment for the officers who are misusing their authority.

Data on the character of soils, habits and professional attitude of the inhabitants surrounding, hills, forests, plateau and on the fertile banks of Ganges are essential, to uplift the community living therewith. Because despite fertility and availability of natural resources in abundance they have been deprived of a dignified life. Secondly, we have to collect data from each panchayet to detect and measure the potential if they are not aware of the nature of their land being ploughed can yield any cash crops. The ratio of rainfall is okay but the causes behind short rainfall must be stored in the data for converting the land to a more irrigational field through alternative sources. Finally, we don't have actual data on infiltrators and about their illegal immigrants it must be possible through constant vigil and on the spot registration before entry point by Border Security Force, ignoring the fact we have to face a series of demographic problems, already have witnessed.
