India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

The base of India's digital system begins with the goal of ensuring digital identity for all citizens (richest to poorest). India needs to ensure life long validity of digital identity, mobile no. & free basic internet facility for all.

Sir, I would like to suggest about NPR/NRC process vide InDEA 2.0, any sovereign country should mandatorily have citizen register to maintain territorial security. We have to use vaccination/e-shram data for the purpose of census and parallely govt should create a portal in respect of NPR and pull data of all vaccination/registration records. It may be held with the data of cowin and e-shram platform. We can easily get significant digital data of most of our citizen. Further, The govt. should enter in process of NRC to protect our citizen for their right and also curb drain of welath to the illigal foreigner

This one is for Min of Telecom. Ashwini ji. Make responsibilty for service to clients for data n speech END to END. It means from right from Mouth output of voice to same getting as input to Ears n Eyes relating to Levels for a Normal Human Being and same way for Data via the Clients' Cellohones and the Service Provider's Telecom Network. Currently, the Common Man is Sandwitched between the Cellphone Applucations Specialist and the Network Provider. Ignorance is bliss for Telecom Network providers and Cellphone Applications Attendants. Client is most ignorant of Technology n he suffers. More so in Fibre Optics Data Comn. Let burden of Common Man in providing telecom right from mouth, ears n eyes end to end be if Telecom Service Provider. Jio too has gone down in quality.Others were down earlier. Please GROOM BSNL if its planned to be best. We can not have Left Nostril Doc n Right Nostril Doc Concept in Telecom Regards. Air Cmde (retd) SK Soni, (Avionics n Comn Engr IAF 1968-98)

I would suggest to facilitate a Cloud Environment for all citizen centric services which will enable scalability , security and use Artificial intelligence and data analytics tool for being easy reach to common citizen. Further all citizen centric services should be through Mobile Application which will enable every citizen to access and use . There should be single window service , may be Aadhaar linked which should contain all details of every citizen and the details of birth registration be also captured so that there would not be any need for the future citizen/generation to provide the self details time and again at different portals. It would also ensure the proper tracing of every citizen with ease and facilitate them with all welfare benefits viz; social security benefits, old age pension, health care , education , housing and livilihood
