Hi,sir mujhe DMD(dcheme muscular dystrophy) hai,...jiske karan mai aj chal nhi pa rha hu,mere body ka sabhi part dheeme-2 kam karna band kar rha hai,jisse ab sas lene me bhi problem a rhi hai,...jis tarah corona ka tritment a gya us tarah muscular dystrophy ka permanent tritment kab ayega.... Sir meri tabiyat dheeme-2 bigad rhi hai plz mera tritment karwayiye,... mujhe steam cell therapy karwana hai. Dr.bole time par tritment nhi hoga to death bhi ho sakti hai. help me,Mr. Pm modiji

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी. योग को स्वछता व सफाई के साथ जोड़े तो योग की अहमियत औऱ बड़ जाएगी. योग के राज्य स्तर मे profesionl course के लिए व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए. मै कानपुर से हूँ और योग के profesional course के लिए बहुत अच्छे संस्थान की कमी है. सादर प्रणाम.

Exercise daily atleast 30min a day and 6days a week Regular is more important than volume of exercise Along with exercise Diet need to be taken in suitable way My fitness point is Today I have completed 5100km cycling approx 270sessions 20km daily which I have started on 2019 21st Jun Yoga day Now I started running also which is part of 100days of running challange and completed 65days of running And both these will continue

Dear everyone, I am murali from Tamilnadu... I am now 39 yrs old... My fitness mantra is simple that's walking for an hour a day that's Morning 30 minutes and in the evening 30 minutes... By walking exercise you can feel young... Thanks a lot🙏🙏🙏

नित्य जीवन का बने संस्कार नियमित करें सूर्य नमस्कार। बाल्यकाल से ही योगासन और प्राणायाम को जीवन शैली में सम्मिलित करने के लिए ग्राम स्तर पर योग व ध्यान केन्द्रों की स्थापना की जा सकती है, जिसमें गाँव के किसी योग्य युवा को केंद्र संचालक बनाया जा सकता है। मनरेगा से उसे कुछ मानदेय भी सम्भव हो तो दिया जा सकता है। विद्यालयों को इसके अनुश्रवण की जिम्मेदारी दी जा सकती है। हर गाँव में योग केंद्र किशी भी पंचायत घर, विद्यालय, या किसी भी सार्वजनिक स्थान में खोला जा सकता है। युवा कल्याण विभाग से बजट दिया।

Respected honorable PM ji we are humble to waiting for the fit india movement. Fitness we are need to build against any disease and it boosts confidence. If he/she can fit he/she can achieve good level of health both physical and mentally. Suggestions *keep exercise every day if not possible atleast 3 days week. *Sit ups *push ups * jumping *Running are the some basic exercises we can do in home. Aap fit ho tho india FIT #jai hind
