referring to gravitational force of action if I will move my finger the whole universe will move. Same formula in fitness state that if I will oath for fitness whole India will fit and active. its happiness and strengthens our life

If you have a weight loss goal that you think is insurmountable, you know what? It IS in surmountable, because you THINK it is. If you’ve always wanted to run a marathon but you’re “not a runner” then you’ll never run that marathon. Why? Because you constantly tell yourself that you’re not a runner.💪🏻

For the better india, along with the betterment of physical health, the workout for mental health us must. it's important & very necessary to continue with positive thoughts & attitude. And so for this, it's best to get involved in the prayers, name of lord. Though the temples might remain closed, but the lord himself says, that he resides in everyones heart.so let's open our heart & the love, purity & happiness spread to all.this will for sure help all to get a way out corona or any other.

जो सदैव कर्म साधना करते हैं, वही फिट हैं। जो सबका भला करते हैं वही तो फिट हैं। फिटनेस को फिर से परिभाषित करना होगा, जिम में पसीना बहाने वाले कहां तक फिट हैं?

फिट रहने के लिए योग जरूरी है, पर उससे जरूरी है आपने खान पान का ध्यान रखना! जितना मन करे उतना ही खाए! हल्का खाना अच्छी सेहत का राज होता है! और समय पर खाना! रात का 8 बजे तक और सुबह का नाश्ता 8 बजे तक अगर लिया जाए तो वो फिट होगा! और मादक पदार्थों का सेवन बिल्कुल त्याग दे! साथ ही फास्ट, जंक फूड को भी! तब जाकर fit India, fit people, fit mind होगा! Should be discussion on 24 sep.

In our country there lack in fitness conscious in people they pay less attention to physical fitness they more prefer work and education ,exams ect to be better success in those things we should prefer mental and physical exercise together then only we can achieve anything thing so need to create atmosphere of Importance of physical fitness it should persuade people to start physical exercise

modiji namaskar me aek student hu std 10 me padhti hu. aaj kal mene suna bhi hai aur TV par dekha bhi hai ki bollywood vale drugs ka sevan kar rahe hai jo hanikarak hai. samany janta un philmstars se hi sab kuch sikhti hai to drugs ko ban karvana bahut hi jaruri ho gaya hai. yadi aap aesa niyam bana de ki kisi bhi actor ko koi bhi movie banane se pahle drug ka test karana hoga to koi bhi actor drug nahi lega kyoki vo movies banana chahte hai. ye sirf mene suggest kiya hai.
