Mandatory implementation of E-Office & E-SPARROW in all Central Govt organizations./EGoA
In order to promoter e-Governance and Work Flow Efficiency across Govt agencies , it is proposed for mandatory implementation of E-Office and E-SPARROW( E-APAR software for online filing/reporting/reviewing of APARs) in all Central Govt agencies.Legal backing is required in form of Electronic Government Office Act(EGoA) for successful implementation of E-Office to introduce transparency.

It is proposed that E-Office should be a mandatory indicator in the Departmental RFD from 2015-16 onwards in order to achieve paperless ofice and transparency.Further a Electronic Government Office Act (E-GOA) is proposed for vigorous implementation of E-Office across Ministries/Departments/organisations of Govt of India.

It is proposed that E-Offices hould be mandatory in all Central Gvt Ministries/organisations.The PMD Cabinety Secretariat and DARPG should play a lead role jointly to make it happen.The underlying key to success for digital india is E-Office.

Traffic Violation Portal - Vision Zero for India
The idea is to automate and digitize the processes in traffic deparment and to crowd source the tasks, to reduce the traffic violations and hence road accidents.

1) Every Government, Public Sector, Private Organisations and NGOs must digitize all Rules, Codes, Manuals and day to day data and information in structured format such that these should be accessible easily.
2) The UID of every citizen should be linked to bank account & locker, land in possession, other movable properties held by him.
3) All monetary transactions should be through internet. High value currency notes should contain chips to record UID of the person possessing them.

First of all digitized the land records and also land mapping should be done. This will help to remove the ambiguities.
For education made centralised database of certificates of each and every student completing his 10th,12th ,graduation. This will help to map the requirement of skilled human resource to employment.
Whatever work is done in each and every department that should be put up on day to day basis on their respective sites this would avoid the RTI queries & increased transparency
