Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Uranium Mines Closure: As a practicing Mining Engineer with about 50 years of experience I am surprised to note that Jaduguda Uranium Mine in Jharkhand is closed since September 2014 - just because State Govt has not renewed the LEASE. if this can happen in India for a Govt owned mine - what will be the conditions of Private Sector Mines. Our country can not afford such lapses by Govt Companies and State Governments. Central Govt must intervene and do some thing urgent to improve the Mining.

Crime against women is a concern for us. I thought of an idea which would help our security system to function against all sort of crimes. nowadays almost 70 percent of people are using mobile phones and most of these phones are with a camera function. Why not we develop an application which can send photos and videos directly to a server in the crime detection department without being saved in the phone. Any one would be able to send the scene of crime to a server.

Our aim to see a digital india cant be matrialised withought privatising bsnl. Noow all the massive curruptions r going in bsnl. Engineer deliberately reuce the signal stength being bribed by private operaters. Again due to reservation and contact labour system all sorts of nepotism coupled with inefficiency cumulatively deposited in bsnl. Inspite of repeted representations and complains nothing is happening in tribal & remote areas like Kooraput I.e., in KBK districts. To day I listned to

Voting System should go online. It will help improved participation from those who want to vote but they do not have time to wait in rows. I would also suggest Group voting. Group voting means, a family of 5 members wants to vote to one Political Party then one can login into online system and select group voting and those 5 votes will get added to that party. I can help on POC and requirement gathering on this area.

So far I see the death of col m.n.roy in j&k as its a synthetic & well planned murder desined to assult & insult both the govt+the army +the process of making j&k govt. I firmly belive the huriyats, tdp & the legacy all r united in excuting this henious crime to inflict deep wounds. It'll wise to investigate the series of incidents carefully. The demonstration at funeral of the militants is not a coincidence. Its well organised & supported by tdp with huriyat. We need to proceed judiciously

We need to take notice of the critical remarks khongressi chiefministerial candidate, who said to use the govt officials as the best tool to implement their plan & programmes. Its important. A unethical relation is more stronger to any kind of fair & honest relations. So we all need to be carefull of all the curroptionaly obliged govt officers of the previous legacy. For this illegal & unethical relation they can sabotage all our creative planns. We need to replace them with honest & sincere one
