Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, रेलटेल कोलकता प्रक्षेत्र में ED प्रदीप कुमार,और Dgm गणेश चक्रवर्ती के द्वारा निविदा में ब्यापक अनियमितता बरती जा रही है,कार्य के प्र्क्कालित राशी काफी दिया जाता है और फिक्स कम्पनी को निविदा देकर करोरों रूपये का बन्दर बाँट किया जा रहा है ,मेरे पास इसका पूर्ण साक्ष्य है , भ्रस्टाचार को रोके बिना भारत को कैसे महान बनाया जा सकता है , कृपया इसका जाँच करवाया जाया |

Mobile can be used as a Digital Identity only for low-profile validation. These days, devices gets misplaced at a large level, and thereby, anyone can miss impersonate anyone.

As an Indian I feel that Padma award should have gone to the best open source developer raher than Bill gates. Let the government bring an enactment that all peripherels like scanners and printers shopuld work on linux also instead of windows alone.

For mobile as digital identity necessary thing is that every one should have one mobile no of any carrier which should be provided through aadhr as a identity and retailer of the sim can track the detail of every sim buyer.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी प्रणाम हमारे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को और मजबूत करने के लिये '' कर '' चोरी को रोकें और इसके लिये कर विभाग को कम से कम रकम बाली " सेल बिल " भी ऑनलाइन अनिवार्य करने का कृपा करें ! इससे हमारे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था मजबूत होने के साथ निजी क्षेत्रों में रोजगार का भी नया अवसर मिलेगा !

For Internet electricity is required India is fortunate to have solar resource but we need to start researching solar to create more intuitive and efficient solar power. Government should IITs to research more on solar technology for example perovskite is supposedly more cheaper to make for harnessing solar power but not commercial grade yet lets puts our brightest minds to work to make this happen
