Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

First Govt should earmark 2000 crores for fighting inflation by creating a National Agrocommodities marketing grid corporation of india it will ensure fare prices to farmer and consumer reducing inflation and stabilizing prices by establishing procurement & trading centers in all major agrocultivation and marketing destinations in the country and with the help of deep freeze electronic commodity contracts and extending credit to farmers attached transportaion and export felicities along

An alternative to making internet available throughout India while waiting for fibre optic is to creat 100s of mini satellites and transmit internet through it. ISRO can send us to Mars then why not transmit Internet to the people????

Mr. prime minister , A ordinary Business man related with Small Scale Industries unit ,who's is supplying his products to government by E-Tendering system & he supply all material as per specification & his payment file late five months due to officer signature,With this frequency ,Can we expect about DIGITAL INDIA.

wHY USE aADHAR LOGO IN THIS FORUM. Stop coercing indian public to give data to foreign linked and other private operatiors. Please give details of machinaries used by UIDAI. STOP AADHAR SAVE INDIA. I have been posting this but gov is going ahead with illegal aadhar. Now I feel I should approach media but they are purchased by UIDAI by giving advertiosements giving crores of rupees. You promised us that you will do away with Aadhar. Why this turn around ? under whose influence and how ?

It will help us in making india digital in the best, efficient, speedy manner. But it has its loop holes too. The security is the main cause of concern keeping in mind the latest vishing, sim-swap frauds, availability of SIM cards freely in open market. If proper channel and secured technology is being not used than we have pay for its negative impacts. But as far as reach is concerned it has the capacity to connect india under a single platform called 'Mobile - The Digital ID'.

More Telecome licenses for 4g allowed & competition must be there for popularise the new technology. Attendance &nother authentification MOBIE with ADHAR may used. All Govt officials,politicians, Employees-state & PSU should be compulsorily enrolled for all these & people automatically attracted.Then petrol,diesel,all other subsidies must be allowed to needy or Below poverty line people only. RESERVATION should be controlled & allowed only who needs & merit candidates only.

Till now i have not seen a good government's mobile Application of IRCTC, so sugessting u to create it, the application should be like a App of SBI FREEDOM App of state bank of india's, there is setting in the app via SMS or by Mobile data, that type of Mobile App should be created and that will be helpfull to many and can also use where there is no good internet facility...
