Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

as said in my earlier post i think reservation should be given on the basis of financial stability of a person. i see many reserved category students holding iphones in their hands and their parents owing sedan cars. They are given same rather much more facilities than us. They study in the same school, come in the same bus as the general category students does. But the point is even if they go in pulic school they have reservation and have to study much less as compared to us.

Link AADHAAR Number to which ever thing possible (presently it has been linked to LPG & bank accounts, still it should be linked to buying of costly things, vehicles , pproperty and many things).... later depending on that create a BPL(Below Proverty Line List) and make subsidies and job and institutional opportunities to them, by this we can improve the standard of life..

PMJDY is nothing but a sad case of old wine in a not so new bottle. Even the boast of providing one lac "accident" insurance was a scheme launched by NPCI to popularise its RuPay cards way back March 2014 much before Modi came to power. Hardly anyone will benefit because of the rider with the scheme that card has to be swiped at the ATM at least once in 45 days which rules out 80 % of the account holders as they do not have balance in the account. It also rules out so called Overdraft Facility.

To achieve Digital India dream we need to make it part of school education. In case a child right from age 5 starts digitising his/her work ,then electronic instruments become lifestyle. It is easy to accept the advantage of digitisation in other fields of life as the child grows up.Unconditional acceptance at younger age is easy. The dream of Digital India will become true,if we all take atleast one initiative .

sir, digitization of all govt services and clearances will transform the lives of citizens.corruption is rampant and no job can be get done in govt offices without harassment and under-table payment.only system generated approvals and e-payment of all fees, challans can only put an end to the voes. All panchayats to municipal corpn should be computerised and all fees, levies ,taxes should be made online and system approved.please do this at the earliest .
