Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Bank में ATM में passwod के अलावा fingre print password हो तो बोहोत safe हो सकता है। ATM से धोका धड़ी कम हो सकती है।

आज सभी लोगो के आधार नंबर बैंक में डाले जा रहे है। तो ATM के अलावा ATM me login के लिए finger print recognition जादा अच्छा है। market me card swap करने के अलावा fingre print से भी तो काम हो सकता है। कोई 1 bank account fingre print से operate हो तो कितना अच्छा हो? उसके सारे अधिकार वो अपने fingre print में रख सके तो कितना अच्छा हो? Digital Identity को उसके identity से जोड़ दिया जाये तो कितना अच्छा हो?

As per my point of view we need Huge Thrust to give momentum to indian economy which is possible through linking each and every transaction to so called as "I-way" i.e. Information Highway. It can be achieved by doing this: 1. Bioelectronic Money (Money transaction using our own biological Identity). 2. Unique Identity to all citizens 3. Availing the national services only through this Identity 4. Keeping track of skill status of masses 5. Map Human Resource to the nearest area for recruitment

There were reports that Google and CIA work hand in glove. Have you checked it up before the Sec said that he is happy that google has come forward to conduct the contest for PMO mobile app. So that they can get to know as to what we are doing. Please have a rethinking if the info as to google CIA nexus is correct. With such participation do you want Indians to believe that we have data security with mobile phone as inst of digital identity. Are we to sell off our data to google and others

Does the Government feel that it is 100% secure and privacy guaranteed when FDI and private participation is allowed, and when you import SIM cards (see NSC note ). Can you guarantee that phone company software will not copy data.? Can you supply every Indian with a phone and a connection and ensure free mobile service for these apps ? On a later date if charges are imposed, what will the poor do when they are without a meal a day ? I think it should be optional for the present and not forced

Just like fixing a tracking SIM or radio collar on citizens. That will result in terrorism by government authorities themselves on the citizens. Are not the citizens entitled to privacy. There are many matters which may require utmost secrecy for an individual in the matter of travel etc. I would not have been able to marry if such tracking was there. It will be so whenever a so called upper caste boy goes in for an intercaste marriage with a so called backward caste girl

Please don't subscribe to Aadhar. Those who recommend Aadhar are ignorant. Data is collected, processed and stored by UIDAI using foreign linked companies as Registrars. Let the government come with a citizen card for which data should be collected, processed and stored by government department like post office directly without any private participation. Data should be stored in Government servers located in India under the Government. Till then NO AADHAR. SCRAP AADHAR SAVE INDIA.
