Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

India need to create n attract more defence and aerospace companies just drdo and hal cannot do alone one space agency isro is ok fine . Just check usa Israel china and russia they have multiple defence and aerospace companies diff. For helicopters and airplanes and transport aircrafts both private and govt companies other wise there will be always delays from drdo n hal, oterwiae govt shud create such hjubs and give it to the private players to run.

Hello Sir, I am Engineering student & have a great interest in Entrepreneurship. About Entrepreneurship one thing comes into my mind it's about tax paying. Sir as number of students like me, want to shape their career as an Entrepreneur but before they generate some income they have to pay tax. My suggestion over this is to make tax free up to 23 years of age so thus they can generate more for further development of their venture & this could give more pace for your Make In India vision. harmonize the aadhar number ..to get mobile operators use it as mobile numbers...there could be full harmonization or aligned ( using a sandwich platform of interface

Digital India - Modiji Namaskar , I would like to let you know now days we are using a lots of Call for Taxi Services in Most of Big Cities . The same we can do with GPS System for Tracking of Buses , Trains , Metros , Airplanes, Govt Taxies, Autos and various other mode of transports which public uses . Big Cities and Towns like Mumbai,Delhi,Calcutta,Bangalore,Hyderabad,Chennai,ADH etc where people uses lots of public Transports . We can do it in similar way like we have done for Taxies calling

Suggestion regarding data base creation of educational qualification attained by passouts. All the passouts CBSE, state boards and right through professional/technical qualication can be uploaded in a depository much like shares are deposited in the DMat account. Password for uploading data in depository can be given to (say) Vice chancellor or the like. Users can view (and take printout) by logging in the system. Verification during job can also be hasslefree. Forgery can also be arrested.

Very hard time for farmer in Maharashtra ,last year cotton price is 5000-6000 per 100kg.this time only 3800.do something sir for farmer have lot of beliefe on you sir(PM)

Sir,we start "SWACHHA BHART AVIYAN" this is great movement, but sir in our country ,not a single steps taken to destroy garbage.If people clean their locality after they though were they through or put these garbage.Not available dustbin in every part of country,for this region many garbage falls beside the roads,grounds,parks etc.So my humble request to you please set-up dust-bin and encourage to people to use this thankyou
