Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Digital India - Modiji Namaskar , I would like to let you know now days we are using a lots of Call for Taxi Services in Most of The Big Cities . The same we can do with GPS System for Tracking of Buses , Trains , Metros , Airplanes, Govt Taxies, and various other mode of transports which public uses . Big Cities and Towns like Mumbai,Delhi,Calcutta,Bangalore,Hyderabad,Chennai,ADH etc where people uses lots of public Transports . We can do it in similar way like we have done for calling Taxies

If in modern india ther is no caste system then y r this divodions and seclusions in the reservation for casts and back ward classes india need to revise their policies in 21st century.

Can the govt stop police for using lathis it looks primitive n civilians r not dogs provise them with modern 21st century police "battons" used by other countries in in western developed world instead, with thos lathis in their hand it looks as if we r I 1947 british raj, and there r no riots happenin in india everyday to hold thos lathis, wake up become modern police protector of metropolitant cities.

I want to notify tat police in our country r like sweating swines they dont hv any etiquette no discipline and no grooming they come wid one button open unshaved y os tat only millitary is discipline and groomed y not police , y becos millitary fight outsiders and police consider civilians cheap? Or does the govt. Think like tat? Pls PM MODI discipline our police force make them world class and civilised, first make them understnd the meanin of the word "police". Metropolice.

If drdo and hal r successful in meeting dates they shud be given lucrative awards like gud salary gud facilities and gud renown awards on national level just like hero of russia title given to scientists who made the mig fighter project meeting deadline and coping wid usa, they were given apartment for their families to stay, if our scientists r happy our nation will be advanced n strong pls get this PM MODI.

If drdo misses dates or delays or cost overun, the project shud be transfered to private companies along with the total technology transfer, something like tat shud be done, a little competition shud be created to kill the chalta hain attitude or foreign companies be made to come and make in india while while terminating the project with public sector.

Isro and hal shud be made to pay penalty in terms of montarily in case of date miss or delay, they shud take eg. From isro progress and isro also shud help and collaborate them.just tell them to take examples of other wester nations how they speeded up thier projects when their country was in crisis or was in need but drdo doesnt understand this its still baby I think some people in the organsisation are not nation loving patriots but all corrupt self pocket fillers.

Dear PM I want to notify u tat always there is a delay in completing a project by hal and drdo they metion one date and then change it later and this happens wit all the project not onenor two all, y is it like this shud take some strict measuree oj dates if u can keep them dont give dates if u give date than pls be on time this is my msg, hope this does not follow now as all thier resptv. Chairmans are changed sometime shud be done strict in keeping dates, now is the high time to hurry up one.
