Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

हु की आजादी के बाद कई निदेशालयो का अस्तित्व में आना -एक्ट,रेगुलेशन,नियमो का बनना और विविध कमीशन का गठन-रिपोर्ट की प्रस्तुति -स्वीकार-अमल-फलश्रुति सब कुछ घटनाक्रम एक इतिहास के स्वरुप में उपलब्ध है.कई NGO --आईआईएम भी इस कार्य में जुड़ गए है.अब शुरू होती है मजे की बात इतना सब होने के बावजूद कमिटीया बनने का दौर थाम नहीं रहा है. ये कमिटी अक्सर अब क्या सुधारा शिक्षा में करना-क्वालिटी ऑफ़ एजुकेशन कैसे सुधारनी उसकी कार्य योजना बनायेगे.आज दिन तक किसी कमिटी ने भूतकाल मेंकौनसे कार्य संपन हुए -

i support the policy of government by which all the information of the government sent to mobile and the process by which we connect to the govenment . the govenment has to appoint the youth to developed this type of policy

Sir on filing RTI Pubic information officer not respond in the defined time limit for disposing of desired information. As they have no fear for imposing penalty on them. Please make some strict rule for getting the proper reply within the time limit.

After free fall of crude, subsidy burden of Patrol, Diesel and LPG has been negligible. Even government is making money out of this. This is best opportunity to give boost to Indian economy. I hope current government will use it else someone else use it. Avoid freebies and people should also leave habit of using freebies.. Government should create environment where more people get jobs and they have power of purchasing... Create good health and education system. Invest money for better India.

This is definitely a good idea but this can't be secured all the time. So, govt. or service oriented organization can ask for the mobile number for the identify and then verify them using the biometric data along with the OTP. OTP can't just be the authentic medium. Banks are using OTP but before they ask OTP, they ask login password, transaction password etc. I think mobile number can recognize associated aadhaar and then further authenticate through different medium
