Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Today everybody saying Clean India. But by merely putting up slogans or brooms will not solve any problems. We need to have complete waste management and garbage disposal system. In our country we have little access to dustbins and whatever have not regularly cleaned. When cleaned garbage mostly taken through open vehicles. Immediately Govt should ban carrying garbage through open bin and ensure 1 dustbin per 100 people and disposal system for those. Only then we get SWACH BHARAT. Hope Govt ACT

aaj kat ne ye saval kejriwalse kau nahi kiya ki amm admi ajj 20 rupiya ka khana bhi nahi kha sakta hai to 20000 rupiyeki kejriwalki dinner parti me kaise aa sakta hai mai janna chahatahu kya aajtak ka koi bhi aam admi 20000 rupiye dekar kejraval ki dinner parti me gaya tha nahi na kejriwal aam admi ko bevakhub bana kar khud karodpati ban gaya

200 rupees food is sold by kejriwal in 20000 rupees by kejriwal . kijeriwal become milliner by cheating people I know 2000 people come in kejriwal dinner but aam admi parti says 200 people come in dinner party where is remaining mony come from 1899 people paid 20000 rupees for dinner ask kejerawalk

India should create a center for advance internet security with secret services ie highly facilitated with top class programmer and cyber geeks to maintain its capabilities at par with advanced countries those are leader in this field. Teaching, training and engaging the young engineers from top colleges by encouraging them to create our own R&D on computer and Internet Security.

advantages 1. unique number allotted to identify a person 2. since mobiles are carried at all times by people identification becomes easier. 3. during accidents when its difficult to identify person involved in the attack, his mobile can be searched and his identity can be found and thus people listed in his emergency contacts can be contacted disadvantages 1. to set up such a thing at a country level scale, requires software to be made and appropriate infrastructure is required.
