Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Resp Sir Mostly criminals and Terrorist use fake no plate vehicles to carry on their operations its very easy to steal the vehicle and change no plates ,but it is very difficult to get vehicle registration details even for enforcement agencies so why not all rto brought online and make vehicle registration details visible at finger tips (Adress of owner can b kept secret and available only to police & RTO) and citizens made aware to check vehicle no's make and model if they get suspicion

We have to make only one swap card which include all identity cards as a combo card like AADHAR, election,pan ,ration soil health card etc .it will help to farmers as well as elits and administrator. gov control increase .it will also help to police for chackpost and other identification quickly. it will save gov time and expense on various cards. Gov department should have just swapping machin

In DIGITAL INDIA , Indian citizen never carry thier ID card . Only their fingure print must be used in all areas that link with AADHAR Card . Airport, Railways, Metro , All govt Offices must setup the machine for identification of a Indian Citizen. . We can add lot of facility with AADHAR Card like PAN, Election Card, Driving Licence, passport, insurance, bank account,DOB certificate,School admission .etc. This will reduce the wastage of paper and plastic, curruption , ,fraud in land record etc.

ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय में सबकुछ ठीक नहीं हो रहा है, इतने समय बाद भी सचिव LC Goyal और DG Capart T Vijay Kumar द्वारा प्रयास यही हो रहा है की कैसे भी कपार्ट बंद किये जाने का जय राम रमेश का कैबिनेट नोट के आधार पर कपार्ट को बंद करा दिया जाये फिर चाहे ग्रामीण विकास को हानि हो, कपार्ट बंद होने से BRLF के मिहिर शाह की चाल निश्चित सफल होगी, सरकार का यह कर्तव्य है की वह अपने विभागों की भी पूरी जासूसी जरुर करनी चाहिए, राम राज्य का यह मुख्य श्रोत है, चाहें तो वाल्मीकि रामायण पढ़कर देख लें. - वन्देमातरम

Ek Taraf PM Modi ji Digital India ki Baat Karte Hai aur Vahi Par Revenue Dept dwara Sukanya Samridhi Account me Kewal Cash, Cheque , DD ke madhyam se paisa jama Kara sakte hai. Internet Dwara Saf Tor par Mana Kar Diya Hai. Is par bhi Revenue Dept ko VIchar Karna Chayia

जी मोबाइल फ़ोन को आधार कार्ड से जोड़कर इसे अनिवार्य डिजिटल आईडी बनाना चाहीये इससे बहुत सी समस्याओं का अंत होगा

The first thing that remains to be done is to ensure that everyone has an access to mobile phones. My suggestion is that a cheap internet based mobile system should be developed on the lines of AAKASH tablet, and make it available to the BPL families free of cost, on the basis of their UIDAI no. The next major step would be to ensure that every village/block has IT centres for the purpose of training, facilitation and repairing of such phones. Such facilities will help India reach the zenith.

Digital India must be started from Indian Railwaiys. Still we are booking ticket from Internet but Indian Railways TTE and there system of verification of passangger list is manual.Railways should provide electronic machine to verify the passanger list , waiting list, cancellation after charting,running status of seal availability , etcThis will reduce Curruption among the TTE . Increase the revenue of railways. Saving of Huge Paper Wastage. .
