Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

it should be compulsory to all the employers even it is a shopkeeper of hotel or small agencies for maid etc. because most of the child labor is being done here only. we must have to stop all cash transactions form the market. we need to set some compulsory rules for employer for employee benefits like working hours / working days/ Holidays etc. labor law is there but now employers are not bound to follow that, they usually escape form the rules, please make it compulsory.

Actually in current scenario indian employee is suffring from low wages all employer are taking benefits of weak labour rules just to maximizing their profit which they are not showing in the books because it is paid in cash. companies should be totally banned to spent a single rupee in cash, if not possible at least he should not pay employees payment in cash. on the other hand if all employees are getting all his payment in bank only then they also can't hide it at the time of income tax.

when he will join any of the organization for job they will enter his aadhar card no in the portal. Actually here we need a system by our HRD ministry which will make compulsory to all employer to enroll to his website and must have to link aadhar card no over there and can pay salary only to the bank linked in the aadhar. no cash salary will be paid. if co. found any working staff without this process then co. would be sealed. this will stop child labor and work on low wages rates.

I know, new ideas and views are required to grow Digital India, but, first we should make our existing Digital India initiatives perfect, user-friendly and consumer-satisfactory. Just for example, if we go to Indane Website for general queries related to cylinder booking or to know about new Government policies, we have a Toll free Number mentioned at top left of the website, but, actually the matter is, it doesn't work at all. For ref: Website: http://www.indane.co.in/ 1800-233-3555 (Toll Free)
