no not mobiles instead use iris scan as identity proof. we already have its data base as when adhar is made iris scan is taken. now we just have to link these scans with individuals adhad details and we can use eye scan as identity, an id which can not be stolen or misused or borrowed.

hon'able PM, to check the black money, abolish personal income tax & keep only corporate tax. The revenue shortfall may be met through increase in indirect tax like excise duty & custom duty. Small and medium business units doing business without giving the bill to avoid to into income tax net and put the goods as lost or expired or wastage. however they are charging all the taxes from customers.

It is important that each citizen of India is having unique ID (Aadhar number for example). All his government related activities should be linked to this which shall include passport renewal, electricity / telephone bill payments, driving license etc. with this we may do away with multiple cards like electoral card, PAN card etc. in doing this mobile can wok as digital identity. However the risk of mobile reaching wring hands need to be addressed with proper security measures

For the Development of our country ----
1. Transparency should be started from grass root so that every Govt, support or scheme should be utilized properly. (For which Central Govt. has to trained and to control every CSC under e-Governance to participate in every Govt support or scheme so that every villagers and common people can get his right. This is bcoz most of the time State Govt. misutilise Central help and divert that for politically)
